Apply NowThe Womenβs Centre of Excellence (COE) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit Baltistan is a high-tech training centre developed as part of the EU-funded TVET-IV Programme. This Centre of Excellence is set up on Hub-Spoke model with its hub established at IMSciences connected to 4 spoke institutes across both regions at D.I.Khan, Haripur, Gilgit and Skardu. This initiative aims to equip women and girls with future-ready skills in emerging technologies. With support from the British Council, NAVTTC, and HEC the COE provides market-aligned training, internationally benchmarked curricula, and practical learning environments for digital industries.
The TVET Sector Support Programme β Phase IV (TVET-IV) is funded by the European Union and implemented by the British Council and GIZ. The British Council through demand driven Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET IV) will work in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan and Balochistan to increase the availability of skilled female labour force in digital skills and high-tech professions. The British Council is leading on the delivery of the component 4 of the project which aims to develop high quality, relevant and inclusive TVET system with improved progression pathways to higher education and employment with the following two outputs:
